Business Analyst

1. Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the Team understands the product requirements & backlog and the product is delivered at high quality
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in to define detailed requirements. Gather, organize and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
• Document product’s vision and project’s scope
• Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality
• Deliver document write-up such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, User Guide, Feature Study and other document that might be required
• Liaise actively with Business Users for any requirement clarification, issue highlight as well as project discussion

2. Requirement

Experiences

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 year of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Agile project management delivery methodologies
• Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user-centrics mindset

Skills

• Read/write English documentation (Basic).
• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
• Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Waterfall).

Attitude

• Aptitude to learn and understand new technologies.
• Thorough, paying attention to details.

Other

• Ability to move and work in another location when require (customer’s onsite).
